Implementing Change In Business

3rd March 2010: new blog now up and running here
|
Neil Jamieson has delivered for Scottish Widows/LloydsTSB, Diageo, Vyre, Misys Banking Systems and HCA International, amongst others.
The work focuses on three things:
- What to change
- What to change to
- How to create change
What to change:
Neil enjoys working on ways of working that are failing, not aligned to customer needs, or where new ways of working are needed to serve the future needs of the business. Neil brings a well-stocked toolkit to help problem solve (MBA, MA, lean, six sigma, constraints management, Prince2, MSP, APMP etc). His focus is on lean, green, low-cost and agile.
What to change to: helping hard-working executives anticipate the challenges coming over the horizon. Strategic work covers regulatory change, industry change, technology change, as well as acting as a sounding board.
How to create change: Neil works across boundaries and seeks to get the right people doing the right things brilliantly. Neil enjoys helping people step up to the challenge.
So, how does Neil Jamieson add value?
- He's turned round stalled projects (HCA, Diageo)
- He's delivered improved processes and cut costs (Scottish Widows, Misys, Diageo)
- He's built cross divisional stakeholder buy-in (HCA, Diageo, Scottish Widows)
- He's engaged new suppliers and managed their learning curve (HCA, Misys)
